In 2006 Varði was a new band from Iceland around Hallvarður Ásgeirsson. Since then there was a now desolated Myspace site, linked for completeness ;) Anyhow today you can go to their own music pages and be entwined with their near arctic and modern orchestral whyness. Kind of art rock, so very good.
